Which door a conversation starts at decides what is in it. Steady Eddie and Strategic Agent require skill sets. Even Steven owns them. Tacit Tessera licenses them to OEMs and to AI. Nothing here is an offer, nothing is signed, and no skill set has been licensed.
Door one
Makers and kit companies
What a machine already presents at its controls, what it would present in order to accept a release and return a count, and where the line sits between fitting a path to a working machine and making that machine new. A released package is fixed and does not learn in the field, which is the answer a maker's counsel reaches for first.
Door two
Fleet owners and business owners
The work in front of you, which numbered skill set it would be specified against, what the hours are counted on, and — for a business rather than a machine — what a reference built from a company's records, or from a professional's own practice files, would and would not answer. A licensee is an OEM or an AI, and both get the same numbered, sealed edition and the same count. A customer's own records feed nothing unless that customer chooses to contribute them.

The person in the seat
Your agreement is with Even Steven.
A hand's paper — the consents, the name the work runs under, the pay, and ending any of it — is with Even Steven and nobody else. Tacit Source holds no agreement with the person in the seat, takes no permission from them, and asks them for none. A question about that paper is not one this form can answer, and it is not a redirection out of politeness: there is no standing here to answer it.
